Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Let’s Get Active (LGA) to support your child’s physical, social, and personal development through sport. To ensure transparency and the smooth running of our programmes, we kindly ask all parents/carers to read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions when enrolling their child via our booking platform (ClassForKids).
1. Subscription Model
LGA operates a monthly subscription model for the all of its programmes. This means:
- You are committing to a monthly rolling payment for your child’s participation in our sessions.
- Monthly subscriptions secure your child’s space in our programmes and contribute to the operational costs of running consistent, high-quality sessions.
2. Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are collected on the 1st of each month through your selected payment method on ClassForKids.
- If your payment fails, ClassForKids will attempt to retry on the 4th and 9th of the month. You will be notified by email if a payment has failed.
- If payment is not received after the final retry date, your child’s space may be released and offered to another family.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change and families may need to pause or cancel their child’s subscription. However:
- Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the next billing cycle.
- Cancellations will only take effect once the current month’s payment has been fulfilled. If a cancellation request is submitted after the 1st of the month and the payment has already been taken, no refunds will be issued for that month, and the subscription will end at the end of the paid period.
- Requests for cancellation should be submitted via email to info@letsgetactive.uk or processed through your ClassForKids parent portal.
4. Refunds & Missed Sessions
- We are unable to offer refunds or partial credits for missed sessions, including those missed due to illness, holidays, or other personal commitments.
- In exceptional circumstances (e.g. injury or long-term illness), please get in touch to discuss alternative arrangements.
5. Session Cancellations (LGA-Initiated)
- In the event that LGA needs to cancel a session (e.g. due to venue closure or staff illness), you will be notified as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp.
- Where possible, we will offer a make-up session or apply a credit to the following month’s subscription.
6. Data & Communication
- By registering on ClassForKids, you consent to us using your contact details to communicate key information about the sessions, payment reminders, and other relevant updates.
- Your data will be stored securely and will never be shared with third parties.
7. Safeguarding and Behaviour
- All LGA staff are DBS checked and trained in safeguarding and child protection.
- We aim to provide a positive, inclusive, and safe environment. Children and families are expected to treat coaches and fellow participants with respect at all times.
- LGA reserves the right to withdraw a child’s place if their behaviour persistently disrupts the group or poses a safety risk.
