A fun and engaging class designed to help pre-schoolers aged 4 to 8 years old develop essential physical literacy skills through play, movement, and exploration. Run by Let’s Get Active in partnership with the L&Q Foundation, these sessions provide an inclusive and supportive environment for young children to discover the joy of physical activity.
Our sessions focus on building foundational motor skills like balance, coordination, and agility, while also fostering social interaction and confidence through fun and interactive games. Each session is carefully crafted to spark curiosity, promote sensory engagement, and prepare children for a lifelong love of sport and physical activity.
