The Girls Skills Academy is a girls-only basketball programme designed for players aged 5–11 who want to develop strong foundations in the game while building confidence and enjoying the process.
Each session has a clear focus on skill development, helping players improve key areas such as:
- Ball handling
- Shooting
- Footwork and movement
- Coordination and agility
Sessions are carefully structured to ensure girls are learning, improving, and gaining confidence every week, while still enjoying a fun and supportive environment.
Our coaches take a player-centred approach, ensuring every girl is challenged at the right level—whether they are completely new to basketball or already playing and looking to sharpen their skills ahead of next season.
This programme is ideal for girls who:
- Want to learn basketball properly from the ground up
- Are looking to build confidence and improve their skills
- Want to be part of a positive, girls-only environment
The goal is simple: help every player leave each session better than they arrived, while building a strong foundation for future development in the sport.
