These sessions have a strong emphasis on high-quality skill development and game readiness, with a focus on:

- Shooting consistency
- Game-speed decision making
- Footwork, agility, and movement efficiency
- Competitive gameplay and situational drills
Players will be challenged in a structured, high-energy environment that mirrors real-game demands, helping them build confidence and perform under pressure.
Alongside technical development, we also focus on:
- Confidence and mindset
- Discipline and consistency
- Understanding the game at a deeper level
This programme is ideal for girls who:
- Want to seriously improve their basketball ability
- Are preparing for club, school, or academy basketball next season
